Balefire - Vodou (Hot Sauce)

Haitian inspired jerk sauce made with export stout from our friends at Alpha Delta brewery. This sauce honours the culture of the Caribbean Islands diverse cuisine; rich, spicy and moreish. A few drops of this sauce will liven up any dish, expect the signature spices thyme and pimento with the warmth of scotch bonnet to fire things up.
