Balefire - Indus (Hot Sauce)

Indus is a peppery and aromatic Bajan mustard sauce. It's a bit of a twist on the traditional sauce as we've loaded this with spiced rum to give it more complexity. You'll get the heat from the fermented scotch bonnets straight away, followed by a lingering warmth when the yellow mustard kicks in. The spices will subtly tiptoe around the pallet as that heat subsides.

Cider Vinegar, Onion, Scotch Bonnet, Yellow Peppers, Celery, Brown Sugar, Garlic, Mustard, Spiced Rum (3%), Turmeric, Crushed Chilli, Black pepper, Rapeseed Oil, Salt, Xanthian Gum.
